ARTETA FIRES STRONG WARNING TO AUBAMEYANG

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has sent out a sounding warning to all of his players, especially star striker Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang. The boss stated it clear that there is not any player in the squad who cannot be dropped to the bench.

This comes after the agent of Gabonese striker Aubameyang threw a jibe at the Spanish manager insisting that his style of play has not been fruitful enough to provide chances for the former Borussia Dortmund striker to score goals this season.

The Arsenal forward has come under fire this season on numerous occasions, failing to find his goal-scoring boots ever since he put pen to paper on a new contract at the London club.
As a result of his barren run of form in front of goal, Aubameyang's agent weighed in on the topic and insisted that it is only a matter of time before his client resumes his natural duties of scoring goals.

The major reason there has been loads of criticism on Aubameyang this season so far is the fact that the new deal he signed is a very lucrative one. He has in fact been labeled a criminal for holding the club to ransom to sign a new deal just to stop scoring goals - what he was originally prolific about that earned him the deal.
As a result of his barren run, Arsenal are now in 15th position on the Premier League table while Arteta himself is under pressure to start producing results.
Ahead of the Gunners Europa League clash on Thursday, Arteta hit back at the agent's claims, insisting that there's no single member of the squad that is “undroppable”, and that it would take more than just the players' names to earn a spot in the starting eleven.
